Just a little chat about being ok with having emotions and bad/low days as that is very normal yet society shames us for this. Going from my last two podcasts and some of the conversations that have grown from from this, I want to give understanding that have these moments does not define us, these are temporary feelings, emotions and situations that can feel a multiple of ways but it’s temporary which means just going with it let yourself feel whatever it is, awareness is half the battle. Mental health is very consfusing, life’s very confusing but we need to remember to be kind to ourselves, let ourselves go through the processes we need to maintain and healthy and happy life. Bad days are just as important as the good days, they give us understanding and growth.
