The Food Freedom/Body Love Method

Health & Fitness

In this episode Jill discusses our cyclical nature - and how it's misinterpreted as bad, falling "off track", or self-sabotaging. Old programming about your body will lead you to believe that you should be static, linear, and never-changing. That your food quantity and variety should never change, nor should your movement routines - but different seasons ask for different things from us - and summer is a season of slowing down (even as we bop from one social event to the next) to experience and savour. It's natural to let our routines fall away.  It's also natural to feel the pull of routine and rhythm as the season draws to a close.  Other things she chats about: clarifying the slightly controversial name for this series who the series is for her new Juicy Body GROUP workshop - it's free and it's coming up on September 15th. register via the link below!
