In this episode I talk about how you can avoid your kids throwing a tantrum by walking you through a real life example of what happened to me with my own son and I also address the internal struggles as a Mom of how to approach the situation in order to stop the tantrum. It's important to remember the end goal which goes way beyond today's temper tantrum and in essence is about the long term relationship I am building with my kids.
