When it comes to Explorers of Australia, few had the credentials and education of the famous Prussian, Ludwig Leichhardt. While Leichhardt had completed an incredible journey of discovery, the expedition he never returned from was the one that brought him to the attention of the nation, and its a mystery that is still unsolved to this day.
