"The (anti-drugs) law is clear, but enforcement agencies are misusing it," says Maharashtra minister Nawab Malik on whether the law should be reformed. "80% cases made out by Sameer Wankhede and other NCB officials in Mumbai are fake, we will prove it in court," he adds.
