Welcome to the 3rd episode of Affirm and Accelerate. Our emotion for this week is "Anger". Anger is a choice as well as a habit. Anger is not necessarily a negative thing. It is usually a sign that something is wrong and needs to be addressed. We’ve all got angry in the past and then would have felt guilty or bad about it later. Staying calm has been quite challenging. People may have done something mean or hurtful to you, but how you respond is what matters. Instead of reacting immediately take a min and stay calm. So take a deep breath and affirm with me.
