In this inaugural episode of Registered Citizen I introduce myself and the premise of the podcast. I give an example of common type of sex offender restriction (residency), and why it misses the mark. I introduce NARSOL (National Association for Rational Sex Offense Laws - narsol.org) and FAC (Florida Action Committee - floridaactioncommittee.org). I then further explain what the podcast will never advocate for. I challenge the listeners to think of sex offender laws in a critical way before closing with words of encouragement.
