In 1 Corinthians 11:26, Paul was addressing the Corinthians about how they should conduct themselves at the Lord’s Supper. You see the Holy Communion is more than a ritual or religious sacrament, it’s a proclamation over yourself. It is a proclamation of The Lord’s death over us, till He comes back again. There is something powerful when we partake of the Holy Communion and there must be something beneficial for us from now till He comes back again.
