The Founding Fathers never imagined some of our current election problems, including absentee voting, ballot harvesting, and voting by computer. As a result, the Constitution is silent on how to handle as situation where a person, currently holding the Office of the President, is determined to have been elected fraudulently. At this time, we have no solutions. The Supreme Court cannot create new law. It can only rule on the Constitutionality of facts, events, and existing written law. We do have mechanisms to amend the Constitution to address this problem in future elections; but even that is not likely to happen before the 2022 elections. The burden to solve this problem in the near term is solely the States’ responsibility to resolve, and that can only be State by State right now.The Democrats (which now are all extreme leftists, even often to the degree of being socialists) are engaging in all sorts of illegal power grabs, and the American Press Corps is letting them do it. There always has been an element of corrupt political power-grabbing in the US, but there was better balance that today because of a more honest American Press. After Watergate, the upcoming “journalists” believed it was their job to destroy Republicans, not to expose government corruption. AND THAT is a major factor of our current corrupt political mess! (Remember: Trump was calling the Press out as “fake news”, so they MUST destroy him.)Our @American Mamas, Teri Netterville and Denise Arthur, are not happy about athletes being disrespectful about the American flag and the National Anthem — in this case, being played on an harmonica by a WWII 98-year old veteran! They believe this anti-American behavior in sports has received so much backlash on so many levels by so many truly patriotic Americans that organized sports is beginning to feel the financial pressure.Few have had as much of an impact on the peace and stability of the United States of America as the Long Gray Line Meigs Family, beginning at West Point during the Revolutionary War and coming forward through history. This week, we lost another of those great American leaders, Retired General Montgomery C. Meigs at the age of 76. As predicted when Governors started declaring COVID “State of Emergency” edicts last year, Governor Cuomo is now the first governor to start using “disaster declarations” to strip Americans of their Constitutional Rights, but he won’t be the last. He is quoted as saying “Just like we did with COVID, New York is going to lead the nation once again with a comprehensive approach to combating and preventing gun violence, and our first step is acknowledging the problem with a first-in-the-nation disaster emergency on gun violence.” He has declared a “Gun Violence Disaster Emergency” to be a public health crisis, and created a new Office of Gun Violence Prevention inside the New York Dept of Health. He is starting by targeting New York City, Albany, Buffalo, Syracuse, and Long Island. The Biden Administration, from the very first day in office, has been attacking the entire fossil fuel industry — and thus, the American people. He has so damages the industry that we went from a net-export oil and gas Nation to a net-import Nation again. This has left us subject to whatever our Nation’s enemies choose to do to us and the prices American have to pay for gasoline and fuel to heat and cool their homes. And of course, it hurts the poorest the most. But the Biden Administration does not care. It is only interested in what the environmentalists want.When Conan O'Brien and Sean Penn realize the political left have gone too far, that is hopeful. On a recent podcast of “Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend,” Conan O’Brien and Sean Penn agree “it’s a tricky time” in comedy these days because of the Cancel Culture. O’Brien is quoted to have said, “The whole concept of cancel culture is, ‘We found that someone did something in 1979 that is now not appropriate. They’re dead to us.’ ”
