It is time to push back against all those individuals and businesses which are being so negative and hateful about America and what our Nation is. Louis Avallone says we, the American People, are not doing a good enough job of teaching other people and other countries how to understand us and how to treat us well. He is talking about those who burn our flag, disrespect our National anthem, and who are attempting to rewrite the History of our Nation into something which is not true. Stephen Parr agrees, saying there is no reason to “make stuff up” about America that is not true, such as the New York Times’ “1619 Project” has done. Those include wanting fewer hours at work and more flexibility in their lives, as well as shifting careers to pursue their passions. That happened when President Lincoln’s Emancipation Proclamation became effective on January 1, 1863. June 19, 1863 was when word of the Emancipation Proclamation finally reached Galveston, TX.We have the FBI, the Secret Service, the US Marshalls, and the AFT, as well as a number of other Federal law enforcement agencies. The Capitol Police, however, is just supposed to protect the Capitol buildings in Washington, DC. Members of Congress receive protection in their home districts from their local law enforcement agencies. They do not need branches of the Capitol Police in their home districts, too, so what is Pelosi’s true motivation for opening up branch offices in Florida and California?
