Having lost control of their lives, Adventure Boys and self-proclaimed idiots, Conor & Oisín, attempt to comfort themselves by reading children books and choosing their own adventure. The boys have chosen their next adventure and Oisín will be leading Conor, a.k.a Detective Inspector Passive, on a search for the Abominable Snowman. Along the way, the boys enjoy the many delights of administrative procedures and permits, they recite some recipe descriptions, Conor can’t quite get his head around monsoons and they instantly solve some incense based puzzles. They spend a remarkably short amount of time actually climbing any mountains but don’t worry, they spend a lot of time planning. Because you can’t have fun unless it’s planned. To help them on their treacherous quest, the boys enlist the help of several easily forgettable characters which are necessary for some reasons. To be honest it’s not quite clear. There also may be a self-flying helicopter. Will the boys find what they are searching for? Will Detective Inspector Passive solve the case? Is this the worst book so far?
