Onto Waveland: A show about the Chicago Cubs

Miscellaneous

The Cubs have dropped the first three games in their series with the Mets in Queens, exposing some of the issues they've been able to hide over the last few weeks. Namely, the starting pitching is a serious problem, and the offense has fallen back into some bad habits. To be fair, the Cubs remain in first place, and most teams, even the good ones, play worse against better competition. Still, with Pablo Lopez and Trevor Rogers of the Marlins on tap this weekend, and series with Cleveland and the Dodgers ahead, things aren't going to get any easier for the offense any time soon. Brett, Sahadev and Patrick dive into all that and more on this episode of Onto Waveland.
