District Attorney Tori Verber Salazar has a conversation with Gracie Jaime and Nick Chavez, co-presidents of the San Joaquin County Youth Leadership Academy (YLA). YLA is a fascinating 5-week course starting June 14-July 16, 2021, from 8am - 12pm. It introduces high school students from 9th-12th grade to all aspects of the criminal justice system as well as facets of a multitude of programs across San Joaquin County.
