When you think about cleansing, what comes to mind? For me, it was fasting on lemon juice, water, vegetable juice or a combination of all three. Never did it ever bring to mind eating food.   When I started to get better versed in the world of health and wellness, I started to learn one of the best ways to cleanse. And you may be thinking, "Well, doesn't my body cleanse naturally?" Yes! Yes, it does. But it can only handle so much before it starts to get overworked, especially if your diet consists of a lot of processed foods. In this episode, I'm going to share the cleanse that I use and love, that allows you to eat all you want of the suggested foods, which are mainly veggies and fruit and why doing a cleanse where you eat nutrient-dense food is so critical to the cleansing process.
