FGCP 81 CPT Midwest w/ Syn | Undrscore87 and Truth I believe it's important to focus more on the journey rather than the destination. I believe it's more important to get fixated on the process, not fixated on the end goal. Goals are our compasses but they do not help us deal with the obstacles that are directly in our path to that goal. This conversation is in part focused on understanding the learning process of others, setting attainable goals, and avoiding or reducing the time you plateau. You know I talk a lot about the growth mindset and the fixed mindset and people who continually improve have a growth mindset at least to some degree. My hope is that all of us can have a conversation here not to compare ourselves to others but compare ourselves to ourselves. Right now we have two midwest CPT entrants, two Cammy players that are on their own personal journeys. We get to have a conversation, almost as a timestamp on their Journeys. We’re going to see where they are now, where they want to go, and hopefully, and how they plan to do it. I also hope this conversation helps to Spark ideas in you as a guest to move forward in your competitive career. I asked you guys to challenge yourself to dig deep and think about some of these questions not just for others, but for yourselves. Try to think about things from the perspective of someone who’s newer to SFV or has plateaued. Oftentimes when we articulate things that we don't normally articulate we start to think about them in a very different way because we're using a different part of my brain. My hope is that we can talk about some of the things that are more instinctual to you guys, to help you understand how you think about things you may not consciously do anymore because you’ve trained it to be muscle memory or something along those lines.
