Jason “Psycho” Suttie is a Samoan-born New Zealand former heavyweight kickboxer and 6 time Muay Thai World champion fighting out of Elite Thai Kickboxing Gym in Auckland, which he founded in 1999. Jason is now the head trainer at Elite Thai Kickboxing Gym. He is also the Founder and main promoter of King of the Ring, 8 man series. Also, he is one of five people in New Zealand that is certified to teach the Wim Hof Method. In this episode, we yarn about various topics ranging from his career in kickboxing, mental toughness, the Wim Hof method, and much more.
