Migraine, brain education (Part 1) This week’s interview is with Dr Andrew Hill, the founding director and lead neurotherapist at Peak Brain Institute, specialising in evidence-based brain training; Dr Hill is also the lead neuroscientist at truBrain, a nootropic designed for optimal cognitive performance; he holds a PhD in cognitive neuroscience from UCLA’s department of psychology and continues to do research on attention and cognitive performance and his research methodologies include EEG, QEEG, and ERP…yes, he’s a bit smart! :) If you have ever wanted to know how to hack your mind with alternate therapies such as PIR HEG for migraine pain and want to know a little more about nootropics, then this interview is for you! I first got in contact with Dr Hill when I was taking truBrain and I had a few questions about it. We started emailing back & forth & he mentioned migraines, which as you know, being a migraine sufferer, I was very interested in.  He then agreed to come on to my podcast for a chat about all of these things. I did this interview with Dr Hill prior to my trip to LA & then was fortunate enough to catch up with him when I was there last year for Dave Asprey’s 2015 Bulletproof conference made a special little visit to his new clinic – the Peak Brain Institute.  I was lucky enough to get hooked up with the latest technology (see below). A wireless neurofeedback machine & it read my brain waves…ummmm…not so good!!  A lot to work on & improve there – but that’s another post! Ha ha In Part 1 of this interview, Dr Hill shares A LOT of information about cognitive performance and his work with migraine’s. I hope you enjoy all the information on how to hack your mind... mt xxx Hack your life to health, happiness & abundance
