The LA Film Festival kicks off THIS WEEK (Sept. 20-28) and we snag the delightful Jennifer Cochis, the director of the fest, to come in the MonkeyCage to give us some insight into what to expect. The lineup this year sounds amazing, and of particular interest to K-Earth listeners, opening night features the music doc "Echo in the Canyon" about the Laurel Canyon music scene borne in the 60s and its impact on musicians to this day.
