Hayden McEvoy is the creator of "Academic Personal Training" and founder of "A Team Tuition". Before we got into the gritty stuff, Hayden shared with us how it was growing up, feeling like the "lesser talented" brother to Cam McEvoy (who later became 2012-2016 swimming olympian), but he didn't let a perceived lack of talent hold him back from achieving greatness in his life and business endeavours. He came on the show to share his story of how he turned 5,000 savings into an 8 figure business that's transforming education as we know it. In this episode he walks us through how to find strategic partnerships (and why that's SO important to anyone starting or scaling a business), why the key to confidence is in the plan and how a negative personal experience in school at a young age ultimately became a positive lesson that shaped his career path and who he is today.
