If you’ve ever played a video game in your life, you know that the beginning is always easy but eventually you get stuck. This is no different than when you've been strength training for a little while. Eventually after a few consistent months of training you start to notice your first plateau. Where you can’t seem to break past a certain weight at your next bench or your squat. You may even notice things have even gotten harder to do. This is ? normal and you will experience many of these the longer you lift and stay in the game. And the game is exactly how you should think of your strength training regiment.
