In this episode Stephen shares his recent experience with a miscarriage. Join us as he candidly recounts in detail the events that he experienced with his partner Brigitte. Talking about such a personal experience takes openness and bravery, so we thank Steve and Brigitte for allowing us the opportunity to hear their story. As we know life is full of challenges and things we can't control. In that "car crash" moment, it's often not until later that we face the challenge of healing and processing. That healing journey can seem daunting and overwhelming at times, a roller coaster of emotions. We hope this episode is enlightening and may help someone with their own journey of miscarriage or other life challenge they may be facing, to open up, talk or seek guidance and help they may need. As much as life's ups and downs may seem beyond our control, we also talk about some of the things we can exert some control.
