Today, we welcome back one of my friends, David Burkus. David is also one of my favorite authors and I met him back when he published his book, Friend of a Friend, which I believe is the single best book ever written about networking and the science behind networking and, more specifically, relationship marketing. The beneficial effects compound for those who do have the trust and respect that comes with psychological safety. Remind your team that everyone is working towards the same goal, regardless of what their role in the organization is. Share the success stories.
