Jen Moser is on the basketball team at the University of Washington where her career began as a practice player. After climbing through the ranks, she would eventually earn a full-ride. This growth as an athlete is unbelievable and inspiring. Jen's optimism and enthusiasm is infectious and likely played a key role in her success, not only as an athlete, but as a leader.
