So I completed my 3rd MAP(maximum aerobic power) test and the numbers aren't as great as I wish they were OR am I just not as strong as hope to be? Sometimes we let the data get to our heads, when we are being consistent in our training. Would you agree? Trying to get out of my head and make my training count.
