Do you ever feel like you're not good at anything? Like nothing will work out for you and that whatever you try, it'll end up going wrong? Well, there are a few reasons why that may be. Here are 3 reasons why your confidence might be low or fleeting and what you can do to improve your self.

It's really important to learn how to build motivation and esteem so that you can teach yourself to overcome obstacles. This takes experience to build traits like this - but it's the key to help you become confident.

Make sure to take notes on the signs of things working - and not working. When you feel anxiety increase, that means that your perception of what will happen in the future is something that you can't handle. So learning to teach your self how to go on this journey of getting into new situations where you can focus on improvement and growth is really important.

Learning to deal with your internal dialog and reshape it to help you take control over your thoughts, emotions, and actions is another major part to going from low self confidence to high self confidence. And it can be done! Why? Because it's all within your head and the meanings you've attached to your self perception.

I help geeks, gamers, and creatives to have more confidence and motivation.
