World Renowned Chef Zane Holmnquist from the Stein Eriksen Lodge in Deer Valley, UT created a special Cuisine a la Biere Dinner for media at Sundance. The four course dinner paired Belgian beers, Stella Artois, Hoegaarden and Leffe with dishes specially prepared by Chef Zane. The dinner also honored Sundance's New Frontier artists.
