YOU GUYS!!!!!! I am SO excited to be back! My schedule has been totally crazy since this Pandemic started but I am just SO grateful to still be employed and to have work. In this episode of the Unveiling the Beast Podcast, I am hanging out with one of my spin students and friends from my Riverside days, Nelson Morales. Like episode 23, this was recorded on the weekend during a quarantine and therefore, the internet sucked ass, and the conversation is a little choppy, BUT trust me, it’s worth the listen, even if you can’t figure out what the heck we’re saying at times. Nelson is, hands down, THE most physically fit person I know. For some context, when our zoom call started, he was mid-conversation with a man he was hiring to do some work who he had previously said no to TWICE because the timing was off. This leads us right into a discussion about follow-up and hiring people to do a job you don’t want to do in order to save your own valuable time. Then we talked about the importance of mindset and how our minds are way stronger than our bodies. We also swapped some funny marathon stories in which cussing was involved.
