#237: What’s Your Default? In this "Monday mindset'' episode, I am sharing some thoughts on recognizing your default system. We all have one. What are the habits and behaviours that you drop into that you know are not serving you? To create long-lasting behaviour change doesn't mean that we don't struggle. It means that we are aware of what we are doing, how we sabotage ourselves and then catch and change the behaviour when it shows up. In today’s episode we discuss:1) Awareness. All change starts with awareness.2) Honesty. There has to come a point where you are tired of your own BS stories and decide to change them. 3) Creating a mantra to interrupt the pattern, shift the thoughts, words and mindset contributing to the sensation of being stuck. 4) Having a sense of humour and embracing that you are human instead of meeting yourself with constant resistance.
