Sports has come a long way; the increase of inclusivity in contact sport is amazing, especially when looking at gender. But for a sport that is yet to turn 150 years old, when do women start to take there place? AFLW became its own official league just two years ago but already it’s leaping and bounding into a positive future full of equal opportunities. Melbourne Demon’s player Lily Mithen took me through her love of the sport and what this Dingbat should watch out for in the future.
