In 2016, Dayton residents passed Issue 9, an eight year, 0.25 percent tax increase that is now known as "Your Dollars, Your Neighborhood." In this episode, Dayton City Manager Shelley Dickstein talks about how the funds generated by the tax are being put to use in the city, and introduces a new dashboard tool to track performance.
