A group of rats decide to tie a bell to the cat’s neck so that they could get alerted beforehand and go back to their wholes. They start celebrating the idea. An old rat asks them to decide who will tie the bell to the cat before it is eaten away. Unable to find solution, the rats flee away from the place. The story explains just having an idea however nice it is, is not enough. A good leader has to also think about the practicality of an idea.
