Hey guys! Welcome back!! So, do you have certain friends in which every time you get together with them you laugh so hard your cheeks hurt and/or your whole face hurts? WELL, in this episode, I’m hangin’ out with my homie, Dani Newcombe. Dani is a friggin badass; former personal trainer turned speech pathologist who now works with the autistic population, specifically children. We kick off our little chit chat by, of course, catching up and, you know…talking about sexy lingerie backdrops and gallon water bottles. Then we discussed a couple of special trips that she took to China, and then somehow, our conversation naturally steered toward intuitive eating and diet culture, which, if you’ve been following me long enough, you know its my love language.
