One of the most difficult issues to talk about in motherhood is anger. It is a bigger issue for some than others of course but we all struggle with our own "big emotions" at times of stress and frustration. Yelling and harsh words cause more damage than good and we often feel we are failing the minute we lose control of our emotions.
