Gainesville, Florida mother of three, Shelby Mathis, and her 3-month-old son Gideon were shot dead by Gideon's father, Kivi Davis. Maurice Jewel Taylor Sr., a 34-year-old personal trainer, has been arrested in Lancaster, California on two felony counts each of murder and child abuse under circumstances likely to cause great bodily injury or death. He is accused of murdering his 12-year-old son and 13-year-old daughter — who were decapitated Osmar Oliva, Johan Gonzalez Quesada, and another man were kidnapped, tortured, beaten, shot point blank and dumped on the street in Opa-Locka, Florida on Saturday evening. The third man, whose name has not been released, remains hospitalized at Ryder Trauma Center in critical condition.
