After being fired from a job as a receptionist and industry hoping to find her passion, Kelly was lost and struggling to decide what she wanted to do for the rest of her life. A friend of hers recommended she check out laser hair removal and after a short consult with the therapist, Kelly left with the name of a college on a pink sticky note that she soon went on to study at. Post-study, Kelly found herself struggling to enjoy the industry, primarily due to crappy bosses, poor workplace culture and high daily targets that were impossible to meet. It wasn’t until she landed her first job as an industry educator that things started to change. Kelly started to feel like she had found her place & people within the beauty industry!
