Hi guys! Welcome back to the podcast. In this episode, I got to hang out with a real live super-human, Keshia Jackson! She is one of my Spin students and we just started chatting, one day after class. Now, you guys know I’m genuinely interested in people and their stories (obviously, or this podcast wouldn’t exist) so when we started talking, and she mentioned she is veteran and she has a brain tumor, I was selfishly thinking, “I HAVE to have this chick on my podcast.” She actually agreed with a “HELL YEAH”. Later, when she found me on Facebook and I started stalking her page, there she was, in all of her muscle flexing glory, on a stage as a body builder. I was like, WTF? What other surprises does she have in store for us?” You have no idea! Regardless of the existence of all three of those badass super human things (being a veteran, and body builder with a brain tumor) we only spent about 10 minutes on these topics.
