Have you ever wanted to take time off from work and hike the Appalachian Trail?? This week we talked to Evan Lukow who did just that! Evan is a physician who was getting burned out in the workplace and decided to take a leave of absence. During this time off of work he then decided to extend his leave of absence and put on his hiking boots to tackle the Appalachian Trail. Evan discusses his passion for hiking, the great people he met along the way, some interesting ways to mail supplies on the trail and also who gave him the biggest support to live out a dream that even he didn't realize was deep in his soul. Evan also blew my mind with his wealth of knowledge on the history of the trail and its close knit community. Hit that SUBSCRIBE button and be sure to leave us a review.
