In this episode we discuss what discipline actually means for us and then we explore ways in which we can develop our own discipline.Below is an abridged version of the script for those with hearing difficulties:What is discipline? Following a lifestyle you want to lead. Plain and simple. Obviously life doesn’t always go the way we want, but you don’t want to live your life wishing you were something or somebody else. You have to decide what you want to do, What’s important to you. Do you want to procrastinate less? Do you want to lose weight? You’ll never follow it if someone just told you. Once you've decided your goals thenHow do we stick to them1 step at a time-get used to being uncomfortable be okay with less progress we are a product of our environmentset a timeline (it’s okay if you don’t make it)accountability partner?are you driven more by risk or reward be smart with your resources build habits don’t beat yourself uphard/time consuming stuff firstReplace bad habits with new and focus on building new. Take one day at a time. Don’t overthink it.
