Let's take inventory! How well do I feel... - emotionally - socially - mentally/intellectually - spiritually - physically : Do I feel well? If not, what could be causing this? Examine your eating habits. What are you eating and how do you feel after you ate? Why are you eating? Are you hungry, stressed or bored? Do you stay hydrated? How much water do you normally drink in a day? How often do you move? Is there pain when you move? Are you limited in your movement?
