Dr. Ruha Shadab wears many hats - she is a medical doctor, a social entrepreneur; and a management
consultant. She is also the Founder of LedBy Foundation, a unique leadership incubator that works on improving equity in the workplace, specifically for Indian Muslim women. A graduate of Harvard University, where she received her Masters in Public Policy, Ruha has also worked at the Government of India’s policy think-tank: NITI Aayog, and the Clinton Health Access Initiative. She is also a Linkedin Top Voice for Diversity & Inclusion.
