Mind In Sync looks into the issue of concussions in high performance athletes. It is hosted by me, Isabella Liu, a Canadian artistic swimmer. Follow me as I recount stories from my eight years as an artistic swimmer, and go deep into the roots of concussions in contact sports while looking for a solution to solve my problem of frequent concussions in artistic swimming.
