Every year people make "goals" for the new year. They want to start over, make this be the year of change, lose weight, get jacked and so many other goals. It's easy to set goals and it's easy to set smart goals. How many people reverse engineer those goals and create a plan on how to get there? If you really want to succeed with your goal, take some time and sit down by yourself away from your phone, friends, family and distractions and think about what you want and need. Write it down with a pen and paper, start a notebook and throw ideas and processes in there on how you're going to get to your goal. If you have a plan, you have a path...
