Does anyone know anyone who likes to complain? If we are honest, we all grumble from time to time. When you are complaining or grumbling or even having these low-level argumentative discussions, backbiting, nit-picking – how do you feel inside? Now for most of us, that’s a bit of a complex question. Let me see if I can hit the nail at least close to the head here.
