Biogen's Aduhelm (Aducanumab) is approved under accelerated approval by the FDA for patients with Alzheimer's Disease. This shatters the bear narrative surrounding Biogen and signals a bullish turn for other CNS companies. However, the FDA is in a difficult spot given they will be forced to make more decisions about CNS assets that show no clinical efficacy, but have an impact on biomarkers.
