Best Old Time Radio Podcast with Bob Bro Wednesday, August 11, 2021 - OTR Mystery The Line Up - "Hit and Run Driver" A woman is brutally run down by a hit and run driver. The car then backs up and intentionally runs her over a second time. There are two eyewitnesses: Mrs Atwater and Mr. Brooks. Mrs. Atwater says the driver was Melvin Parnell, who she picked out of the line up. Parnell is tall, lean and bald. Mr. Brooks says the driver was not Parnell, that the driver was fat and had lots of blonde hair. Lt Guthrie decides neither witness actually got a good look at the driver. The case will have to be solved the old fashioned way -- with good, sold detective work.
