Jeffrey Milner is a conservation warden and K9 unit coordinator working for the Indiana Department of Natural Resources. He has been working for over 27 years, 23 of those as a K9 handler. Throughout his time as a K9 officer and coordinator, Jeffrey has trained a multitude of dogs and has also had many of his own. He also helped found the Conservation Canine Officers Association.
