Contrary to popular belief, these two energies have nothing to do with gender (although roughly 70-80% of women identify with a more feminine core consciousness, and 70-80% of men identify with a core masculine consciousness). The truth is, we ALL, regardless of gender or the core consciousness that we identify with, we all require and can INTENTIONALLY tap into both masculine + feminine energies in order to find wholeness and fulfillment - And understanding both the empowered + the wounded versions of both (yes, they BOTH have a light and a dark side!) has been suuuuper helpful in my journey of building this body of work I am so blessed to have today.
