How do you start your day? Do you start it like you've got out the wrong side of the bed? That used to be me! Every day going into my day wishing like it was already bedtime. Then one day I realised that if I did that every day until I died I wouldn't have lived the best life I could.  So now I start my days with a grateful and motivated attitude. I write down 3 things that I am grateful for and then 10 goals to motivate me through my day.
