Josh and Heather are the hosts of The First 40 Miles, a weekly hiking and backpacking podcast.  Their family has enjoyed living in some of the most beautiful regions the United States, from the Cascades to the Adirondacks to the Rocky Mountains.  Heather and Josh live in Oregon with their four wonderful children.
