In this week's episode, we get a chance to speak with the CIGT Department's Academic Advisor Betty Klein! Not only does she advise students, but she is also a certified yoga instructor and has been studying wellness for the past 5 years. During this quarantine time, it is important to take care of each other by practicing social distancing, but to also take care of ourselves. In this talk, Betty explains the three Cs students need in times of crisis, the things we can do in our daily routine to help our mental well being, as well speaking with two student advisory board members who have their own questions about how to deal with mental health.  Music by LAKEY INSPIRED.
